____________________________________________________________________________________ The original Biograph Studios facilitiesTM began in 1895 with a revolving studio that followed the sun on the rooftop of its building on Broadway in New York. From there Biograph moved its studios to fourteenth street where many of the legends of movies were born, such as D. W. Griffith, Mary Pickford, Lionel Barrymore and Lillian Gish.
